     Graduates June of 2018 from Chapin High School, the second best public school in South Carolina and awarded Palmetto’s Finest.

ACADEMICS                                      

     9th Grade: ALA Pre-Physics/Chemistry, AP Human Geography ALA, Honors English 2 ALA, Honors Algebra 2, Spanish 2

PRESENTATIONS

     9th Grade: Debate Proposal- After researching and compiling a proposal, I suggested a topic to my class that I thought we should debate.

                      Portfolio Presentation- I presented my digital portfolio to my English class.

                      God/ Goddess Presentation- I presented an informational powerpoint on a God that I researched to my mythology class.

                      Myth Presentation- I summarized and explained a myth of my choice and created a modern adaptation of it as a final project.

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

      Beta Club- completed 46 hours of community service in 9th grade

     ACX Cheerleading- cheered on a National Champion team during 9th grade

     Pet Passion Summer Care- started a pet-sitting business that runs throughout the summer and school year

     

VOLUNTEERING/COMMUNITY SERVICE

      Pets Inc.- walk dogs; care for and clean up after puppies; play outside with dogs

     Frontier Culture Museum of Virginia- herd, sheer, and clip nails of sheep; deworm piglets; assist in purchasing and distributing feed;                                                                                        interpret; care for all livestock

     White Oak Nursing Home- help setup for staff and resident celebrations; talk with residents; wheel residents; assist residents with activities

     Kershaw County Humane Society- walk dogs; care for puppies
